How video games can help with anger management is a collection of small prototypes that are designed to help IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder) patients practice anger management skills such as multitasking, distraction management and breathing techniques in a safe environment.
These games have been designed to accompany existing mediation classes but have not been tested on patients due to a lack of medical training, they are also aimed at a younger audience due to the condition traits. I hope you will find these games interesting and informative, and make sure to check out everyone else's great projects.
